- Apply safe work practices on every repair and maintenance task.
- Use laptops and tablets to create, assign, and track work orders, manage service intervals, and order parts.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems across a wide range of rental and customer-owned equipment and tools—often working independently and exercising sound judgment.
- Provide hands-on guidance to junior technicians as needed.
- Document work performed in work orders thoroughly and on time each day.
- Assist with equipment and parts pick-up and delivery.
- Travel to customer job sites for on-site service when required and keep your service vehicle clean and professional.
- Leverage live equipment data from hundreds of models to accelerate troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Stay aligned with OSHA standards and best practices (knowledge preferred).
- Tackle other duties as assigned.
