Job Description:
NYFA Irvine is seeking a friendly, responsible, and sales-oriented Front Desk & Membership Sales Associate. This position will support daily front desk operations, communicate with parents and students, schedule trial lessons, follow up with prospective families, and assist with membership enrollment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome students, parents, and visitors
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule trial classes and appointments
- Explain fencing programs, tuition, schedules, and membership options
- Follow up with prospective families and assist with enrollment
- Process registrations and payments
- Maintain customer and attendance records
- Support opening promotions and community outreach
- Keep the reception area clean and organized
- Assist coaches and management with daily operations
Qualifications:
- Strong spoken and written English
- Friendly, dependable, professional, and organized
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with sales and customer follow-up
- Experience in education, fitness, youth sports, customer service, or membership sales is preferred
- Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required
- Basic computer and email skills
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available to work weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends
Schedule:
Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week. The schedule will include four weekday afternoon/evening shifts and full-day shifts on Saturday and Sunday . One weekday will be scheduled off.
