have to get a window at time or two or be on make line to top some pizzas as well its learning the whole kitchen area as well , cleaning oven area, make sure food safety and standards is met!
fast pace ovens got to be extremely aware of detail, make sure tickets have all the right food items on it,& nightly cleaning list has to be done every night, make sure oven area stock with all dressings, containers , boxes and whatever else the night time manager needs
