We’re a locally owned gas service company specializing in residential and light commercial gas systems. Unlike many HVAC and Plumbing companies our work focuses heavily on diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and service rather than large installation projects.
We’re looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the gas trade—not just find another job.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with servicing and repairing gas-fired equipment
- Troubleshoot furnaces, boilers, water heaters, gas dryers, ranges, fireplaces, and other gas appliances
- Drive between job sites throughout Southeastern Massachusetts
- Help maintain shop inventory, organize materials, and prepare equipment
- Learn proper diagnostic procedures, safety practices, and Massachusetts gas code requirements
- Provide professional, respectful service to customers
What We’re Looking For
Experience in gas fitting, HVAC, appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, automotive repair, or another mechanical trade is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person.
The ideal candidate is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Mechanically inclined
- A strong problem solver
- Able to think independently
- Calm under pressure
- Respectful with customers and coworkers
- Willing to work overtime during busy heating season
- Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a service van

Employees who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic may be considered for a Massachusetts licensed Gas Fitter apprenticeship, including financial support toward required schooling and licensing.
