About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Store Clerk to join our collectibles shop in
Pensacola. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys video games (retro and modern), trading
card games, and collectibles, and who thrives in a customer service environment.
Responsibilities
● Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable recommendations on games and
trading cards
● Process sales transactions, handle cash, and manage returns/exchanges
● Organize and maintain store displays, including shelves, cases, and card binders
● Assist with inventory management: receiving stock, restocking, and tracking popular
items
● Support in-store events such as tournaments, game nights, and product launches
● Stay informed on new releases, collectibles, and market trends
● Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with collectors and
gamers
Qualifications
● Interest and knowledge in video games (retro & modern) and trading card games
● Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred but not required
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills
● Basic math and cash-handling abilities
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
● Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
