MAINTENANCE / HANDYMAN WANTED — SMALL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY
We are a small property management company that handles rental properties in the Utica area and are looking to hire a reliable Maintenance / Handyman worker.
Starting pay: $16/hr
Pay increases based on experience and skill level.
No experience necessary — we are willing to train the right person.
Job includes:
- Basic property maintenance and repairs
- Light plumbing and electrical (training provided)
- Painting and general handyman work
- Apartment turnovers and cleanouts
- Helping keep rental units in good condition
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and willing to work
- Handy and ready to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work independently over time
- Has transportation (preferred but not required depending on situation)
Steady work with opportunity to grow as skills improve.
