The role Help plumbing contractors get the products they need—fast, accurately, and with a friendly attitude. You’ll work with customers in person, by phone, and email, process orders, recommend stock items, and keep inventory moving.

What you’ll do
- Assist customers at the counter and over the phone/email
- Process bids, orders, and credits (counter, delivery, special, and drop-ship)
- Recommend in-stock products and alternatives based on price, availability, and specs
- Answer product and technical questions quickly
- Track vendor shipments and expedite when needed
- Receive, stock, and pick orders
- Work with the sales team to keep inventory flowing
- Keep learning our products and technical details
What we’re looking for
- Fluent in English and Spanish (must speak and write both)
- 2+ years in plumbing or a related industry
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Honest, ethical, and professional
- Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player
- Mechanically inclined and technically savvy
Pay: $20.00 per hour
