Key Responsibilities
- Educate individuals and families on practical money-management concepts and financial literacy.
- Help clients understand ways to safeguard income, manage debt, and plan for future goals.
- Conduct virtual consultations and guide clients through suitable protection options.
- Maintain ongoing relationships built on trust, service, and continued education.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, mentorship sessions, and personal-development training.
Qualifications
- No prior financial-services experience required — full training and state-licensing guidance provided.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.
- Must be able to work independently from a home office within the United States.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Candidates must be free of any current probationary status to be considered for this role.
Compensation
- 100% Commission-based compensation with performance incentives.
- Typical first-year earnings range from $45,000 – $150,000+, depending on individual effort and results.
