Key Responsibilities
Luxury Client Experience & Hospitality
- Deliver a warm, polished, and welcoming experience for every client
- Create an elevated, concierge-level atmosphere that reflects the salon’s brand
- Anticipate client needs and provide thoughtful, personalized touches throughout their visit
Sales & Client Engagement
- Confidently guide clients toward products and services that enhance their results
- Introduce and recommend additional offerings in a natural, relationship-driven way
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Stay highly knowledgeable on all products, services, and brand stories
Beauty Curation
- Act as a trusted advisor by curating customized beauty and wellness solutions
- Educate clients on product usage, benefits, and long-term routines
- Create a seamless connection between services and retail to elevate overall results
Relationship Building
- Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients through engaging, personalized interactions
- Develop a loyal client base that trusts your recommendations and returns regularly
- Follow up with clients to maintain connection and enhance retention
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with stylists, estheticians, and service providers to ensure a cohesive client experience
Contribute to a positive, high-energy, and supportive team environment
Performance & Initiative
- Take ownership of personal performance and sales results
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve client experience and drive revenue

Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty, wellness, or high-end hospitality preferred
- Proven ability or strong desire to drive sales and exceed targets
- Naturally outgoing, engaging, and confident in building relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and accountability
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
