Duties
WAX, SUGARING AND FACIALS FOR MEN AND WOMEN
IF YOU ARE NOT CONFORTABLE WAXING MEN FULL BODIES PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
- Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing to meet client needs.
- If you have a license and can perform Laser Hair removal that's a plus
- Have experience working with people private areas and make them feel confortable
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare routines, products, and retail options to promote healthy skin habits.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client concerns, answering questions clearly, and providing personalized recommendations.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly cleaning equipment, tools, and treatment areas after each session.
- Support retail sales efforts by promoting skincare products, making recommendations, and increasing client engagement.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or esthetician license required; additional certifications in laser treatment or dermabrasion are a plus.
- Proven experience performing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, body waxing MEN AND WOMEN, and IF YOU ARE A MASSEUSE can perform deep tissue massage that is a PLUS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Speak Spanish or other language is a plus
- Ability to work part-time hours flexibly including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety throughout all treatments.
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills such as product demos or advanced esthetic procedures to enhance client experience.
