Western Hills Healthcare Residence is seeking a Charge Nurse (LVN/RN) to join our team!
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated nursing professionals who have a genuine passion for caring for the elderly and providing quality resident care.
Responsibilities:
- Hold and maintain current Texas LVN or RN licensure
- Comply with the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities
- Follow company and departmental safety policies and procedures
- Monitor administration of resident medications and medication reorders
- Accurately and promptly transcribe physician orders and communicate changes in resident condition to physicians
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in resident charts
- Perform nursing assessments as required
- Provide quality care while supporting resident health and wellbeing
Qualifications:
- Current Texas LVN or RN license required
- Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate care to the elderly
