Precast Concrete Production Technician
Starting Pay: $20–$21 per hour, based on experience
Please Read Before Applying
This is a strenuous, hands-on production position in a non-climate-controlled precast concrete plant.
The work is similar to construction performed indoors. Employees work in summer heat and winter cold and are exposed to concrete dust, dirt, noise, wet conditions, and heavy equipment.
This is not light manufacturing, warehouse work, or a climate-controlled production position. The job requires sustained physical effort throughout an eight-hour shift.
New employees should expect to begin with basic production work while learning more advanced precast concrete skills.
Position Summary
The Precast Concrete Production Technician helps manufacture precast concrete products by preparing and stripping forms, placing rebar, pouring and finishing concrete, cleaning equipment, and performing other physically demanding production duties.
Employees must be dependable, safety-conscious, willing to learn, and comfortable performing repetitive physical work as part of a team.
