Schedule & Availability:
- Evening shifts starting after 5:00 PM
- Early morning shifts starting around 7:00 AM
- Weekend shifts available
- Flexible shift options based on assigned accounts (most locations feature identical weekly schedules for maximum consistency)
Key Responsibilities: You will maintain professional office spaces by performing standard commercial cleaning duties, including:
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
- Dusting desks, surfaces, and common areas.
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms (toilets, sinks, mirrors).
- Emptying trash receptacles and relining bins.
- Cleaning entry glass and high-touch areas.
- Restocking necessary supplies.
This is a structured, repeatable role. Once you learn the routine, you will be able to work efficiently and confidently.
What We Are Looking For:
- Reliability: A proven track record of excellent attendance.
- Attention to Detail: Pride in delivering high-quality, thorough work.
- Independence: Ability to work efficiently on your own or alongside a partner.
- Experience: 1+ years of cleaning experience is preferred, but not required—we will train the right candidate.
Position Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- A smartphone for routine job tracking and communication.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and stay active throughout the shift.
- Effective communication skills in English or Spanish.
