New Concept Meticulous Cleaning is a family-owned company with over 30 years of experience, and we are growing our Window Cleaning Division. We are hiring full-time Window Cleaning Technicians and want to train the right people from the ground up!

What You Will Do
- Residential and commercial window cleaning
- Solar panel cleaning
- Gutter cleaning
- Operating ladders and water-fed polling systems
- Maintaining a professional appearance on the job
- Following safety procedures and using proper PPE
- Reporting maintenance needs to your supervisor
What We Are Looking For
- No prior experience required — we will train you completely
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks (lifting, standing, using ladders)
- Good communication skills
- Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
Compensation & Schedule
- Pay: $18.00–$23.00+ per hour (higher for experience)
- Pay type: Hourly (paid weekly)
- Shift: 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday
- Overtime available
