Crew Members and Delivery Drivers are responsible for preparing high-quality sandwiches, providing excellent customer service, and (for drivers) ensuring fast and accurate deliveries.
Crew Member Duties:

Prepare sandwiches quickly and accurately according to Jimmy John’s standards

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Operate cash register and handle transactions

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Delivery Driver Duties:

Deliver orders quickly and safely to customers

Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Maintain a clean, safe, and reliable vehicle

Assist in-store when not on deliveries

Must be at least 18 years old

Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and proof of insurance
