Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair.
- Develop new beverage recipes and enhance existing ones to keep our menu fresh and exciting.
- Manage bar inventory
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as toast,while handling cash safely and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at the bar area in compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate food and beverage service during busy hours.
Skills
