Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated fit model to help our design team during development. The fit model plays a vital role in the development of our fashion collections by providing accurate body measurements and fitting feedback during sample creation to ensure proper pattern amendments and grading. The right candidate should be a true XS with either the exact or close measurements within a 1/2-3/4 inch tolerance. Please measure yourself before applying. We are looking for a candidate to start the week of August 10th. We will be holding a casting on Monday, August 3rd from 3:30-5:30 pm. Strong candidates will be invited to attend.

Responsibilities
- Try on sample garments prior to our photoshoots to assess fit, comfort, and overall appearance
- Provide detailed feedback on garment fit, feel, fabric behavior & style to designer & assistant creative director
- Collaborate with the design team to suggest adjustments that improve fit and functionality
- Maintain professionalism during fittings, demonstrating confidence in fitting procedures and communication
- Participate in a fitting once a week for 1 -2 hrs per session on a fixed schedule- Mondays or Thursdays
- Previous fit modeling experience is preferred, but not required.
Experience
- Prior experience as a fit model or in a similar role within the fashion industry is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate feedback clearly and professionally
- Knowledge of garment construction, fabric properties, and pattern fitting techniques is advantageous
- Ability to work collaboratively within a creative team environment while maintaining attention to detail
