Part-Time Associate Dentist – Serenity Dental Studio (Round Rock, TX)
Serenity Dental Studio is a modern, single-doctor private practice in Round Rock, TX, known as the #1 single-doctor Invisalign practice in the Austin area. We're looking for a part-time Associate Dentist (3–4 days/week) to join our close-knit team and help us continue delivering calm, judgment-free dentistry to our patients.
Our Philosophy
Our name says it all — we built this practice around the idea that going to the dentist shouldn't be stressful. From noise-canceling headphones and ceiling-mounted TVs to a genuinely warm, unhurried approach with every patient, our goal is to make people feel at ease, heard, and cared for. Patients consistently tell us they feel like family here. We take the time to explain findings clearly, walk patients through their options, and never make anyone feel rushed or judged — and we're looking for an associate who shares that same patient-first mindset.
Our Office
- Accepts both PPO and FFS patients
- Steady growth with 75–80 new patients per month, giving an associate a strong, consistent patient base to build from
- Advanced technology: CBCT 3-D imaging, iTero digital scanning, in-house ceramic milling for same-day crowns and onlays, digital X-rays, and laser dentistry
- Clean, modern, spa-like environment designed for patient comfort
- A tight-knit, experienced team with strong harmony and culture — low drama, high trust
Ideal Candidate
- Invisalign certified (required)
- High work ethic and genuine care for quality, conservative treatment
- Team-oriented — works collaboratively and respects the existing office culture
- Clear, calm, and confident communicator with patients and staff alike
- Comfortable taking time with patients to explain treatment and build trust, rather than rushing through visits
Compensation
- Daily guarantee or percentage of adjusted production (whichever is greater)
Growth & Mentorship
Our lead dentist, Dr. Hersheal Aggarwal, is a Blue Diamond-level Invisalign provider with additional advanced training through Molis Coaching. Associates have the opportunity to learn directly from his clinical and case-planning experience, particularly for complex Invisalign cases.
Why You'll Love It Here
You'll join an established, harmonious team and a loyal patient base in a practice that's invested heavily in technology and comfort — not to chase volume, but to do dentistry right and make people feel good about coming in. If you believe great dentistry and a calm, caring patient experience go hand in hand, we'd love to meet you.
