Position: Education Director
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Education Director with a strong passion for early childhood education. The ideal candidate will be patient, creative, hardworking, and deeply committed to nurturing young learners.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study (required)
- New York State Certification in Early Childhood Education (required)
- Prior experience as an Education Director (preferred)
- knowledge of NYC Department of Health (DOH) regulations, Article 47
- At least 2 years of early childhood teaching experience (required)
Additional Requirements:
- Fingerprinting clearance
- Up-to-date medical examination and willingness to undergo Statewide Central Register (SCR) clearance
- Certifications and trainings
- Commitment to maintaining valid infant/child CPR and First Aid certification
