Jacksonville Classical Academy is a tuition-free charter school in Jacksonville, FL. Our mission is to train the minds and improve the hearts of young people through a classical education in the liberal arts and sciences, with instruction in the principles of moral character and civic virtue.
The Middle School Assistant Principal at our institution is committed to helping students achieve success in and outside of the classroom. The Middle School Assistant Principal is responsible for overseeing discipline for all students. Additionally, our Middle School Assistant Principal collaborates with faculty members and communicates regularly with students and parents about students' academic progress.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee discipline issues for students; provide staff training in discipline policies and procedures.
- Maintain productive relationships with students, parents/guardians, faculty/staff, alumni/ae, and board members; provide clear and constant guidance to student organizations.
- Oversee evaluation of student progress; address areas of concern.
- Work closely with the Principal and Admin team
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
