As a BDC Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers scheduling service appointments, ensuring they receive the support needed for a seamless service experience. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and possesses strong attention to detail. While proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) is beneficial, a willingness to learn and develop these skills is highly valued. This role requires effective management of customer relationships through phone, email, and online platforms.

Job Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries about service appointments via phone, email, and online chat.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments, ensuring efficient time slots and customer convenience.
- Follow up on missed or rescheduled appointments and send service reminders.
- Provide customers with information on service offerings, vehicle recalls, and maintenance packages.
- Utilize Excel and CRM software (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, etc.) to manage and analyze customer data accurately.
- Maintain organized records with thorough attention to detail, supporting accurate reporting and communication.
- Support dealership marketing initiatives by assisting with outbound calls for service promotions or campaigns.
Pay Range.
$20-$25. per hour

Required Experience
- High School diploma or GED required; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude with a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
