Crown Staffing is Hiring – CNC Machinist | Florence, KY
Crown Staffing is currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist in Florence, KY! We are looking for a skilled individual with CNC milling and lathe experience who can set up and operate advanced machinery while maintaining high-quality production standards.

Position Details:
Location: Florence, KY
Pay Rate: $24.00–$30.00/hour (based on experience and skill level)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime: Available as needed
CNC Machinist Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC milling and lathe machines
- Run Makino 5-axis equipment
- Make program edits as needed using G and M code knowledge
- Perform machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
- Follow blueprints, specifications, and production requirements
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous CNC machine operation and machining experience required
- Experience with milling, turning, and lathe operations preferred
- Ability to set up machines and edit programs
- Knowledge of G and M codes required
- Experience with Haas or similar CNC machinery is a plus
- Strong quality control skills and attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve machining issues
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Machinist apprenticeship completion is a plus
