Role Summary
We're looking for a dedicated Dental Hygienist who is caring, attentive, and passionate about helping patients achieve long-term oral health. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional preventive care while creating a comfortable and welcoming experience for every patient.
This position will begin as part-time during our initial opening phase. As the practice grows, we anticipate expanding the role to full-time, with the goal of transitioning by the end of the year or early next year.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments.
- Conduct periodontal assessments and document clinical findings.
- Take dental X-rays as needed to assist with diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and home care techniques.
- Collaborate with the dentist and clinical team to support high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date patient records.
- Represent Kliniko's commitment to excellence in every patient interaction.

Qualifications
- Current Florida Dental Hygienist license.
- At least three years of professional experience as a Dental Hygienist.
- Certification to administer local anesthesia is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care.
- Familiarity with modern dental technologies and clinical procedures is a plus.
Schedule
- Part-time during the practice's initial opening phase.
- Minimum of 16 hours per week.
- Opportunity to transition into a full-time position as the practice grows.
- 8-hour shifts.
