We are seeking a dynamic and creative Tour Designer & Business Assistant to join our start up business. This role combines the excitement of crafting personalized travel experiences with the essential support of business operations. As a key contributor, you will design engaging, memorable tours in LA tailored to diverse client preferences while also assisting with administrative and business development tasks.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their travel desires, interests, and budget to craft customized tour itineraries that excite and inspire.
- You must be active on social media, and promote the business on social media accounts. This will involve being on camera to show tours etc.
- Support marketing efforts by creating promotional materials, updating social media platforms, and engaging with potential clients online.
- Another key aspect will be creating partnerships with Hotels and Airbnb owners, to help promote getting our advertising into their establishments.
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members.
- Creative mindset capable of designing engaging travel experiences that meet diverse client needs.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities or client requests during the planning process.
- Prior experience in travel planning or hospitality is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
