Holly Kia is seeking motivated, professional, and customer-focused Sales & Leasing Consultants to join our growing team. What You'll Do
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase and leasing process
- Build relationships and identify customer needs
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
- Present vehicle, financing, and leasing options
- Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, referrals, and showroom traffic
- Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
- Generate business through referrals and repeat customers
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale
- Achieve personal sales goals while contributing to overall dealership success
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
