2) Candidates will be sent a google forms survey to fill out to gather additional and more precise information.
3) Aspiritech will host a "pre-interview" prep session to go over the client's requirements in more details, share the interview questions, and answer any questions you have may about the role.
4) Phone screening with Warehouse Director.
5) On-site in person interview / job site tour.
Job Summary
The USFP Warehouse Associate works on an assembly line to build chimney dampers. This includes using hand tools and power tools, following clear safety procedures, and ensuring all products meet high-quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values structure, and takes pride in producing high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Be prepared to start work on time.
- Follow step-by-step instructions to:
- Fabricate and assemble chimney dampers.
- Use tools safely (e.g., drills, riveters, pneumatic tools).
- Package and label completed products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Help restock hardware and supplies.
- Participate in team efforts to meet production goals.
- Communicate with your team and check email updates (where applicable).
- Suggest improvements to make the work safer or more efficient.
Daily Tasks May Include
- Using hand tools to assemble small components.
- Lifting and stacking boxes up to 40 lbs (equipment provided).
- Wrapping and moving pallets.
- Cleaning and taking out garbage.
- Organizing hardware bins and shelves.
