Summary:
As a Deli Manager at Village Super Market, you will oversee the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring exceptional food quality and customer service. This role is vital in maintaining our mission to help customers eat well and be happy.
We are seeking someone who has previous Deli Manager experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the deli department, including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Train and develop deli staff to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure product availability.
- Create appealing displays to attract customers and promote sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall store operations.
Requirements:
