Location: The Learning Experience – Canton, MI
Pay: $16–$19 per hour (based on credentials and experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Early Childhood Education Teacher – Infant, Toddler & Preschool Programs
The Learning Experience – Canton is seeking a caring and dependable Early Childhood Education Teacher to support children during important stages of growth and development. This role focuses on creating engaging learning experiences that help children build confidence, independence, communication skills, and strong early learning foundations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily classroom routines and learning activities
- Implement developmentally appropriate experiences and classroom centers
- Foster social-emotional, language, and cognitive development
- Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom progress and milestones
- Follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies
Qualifications
- Prior childcare experience required
- CDA preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, nurturing, and professional approach
- Must meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
