Shift: 5th Shift | Friday - Sunday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Pay Range: $30.00 - $60.82 per hour
Bonus: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days (performance and attendance requirements apply)
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on a weekend shift schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment, facility systems, and production machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional with strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility equipment issues.
- Repair and maintain motors, engines, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and production machinery.
- Disassemble, inspect, repair, and replace defective or worn components.
- Adjust, align, lubricate, and test equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform preventative maintenance activities and routine equipment inspections.
- Conduct welding, fabrication, and minor machining work as required.
- Use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and precision equipment safely and effectively.
- Support facility maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs.
- Assist with basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs under appropriate supervision.
- Order or request replacement parts and maintenance supplies when needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and work documentation.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and equipment.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Experience performing preventative and corrective maintenance in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
- Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
Experience working with:- PVC piping
- CPVC piping
- Black steel pipe
Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems.
Maintenance certifications or technical training are a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working around industrial machinery and in a manufacturing environment.
