POOL ATTENDANT:
The Pool Attendant will be responsible for ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests at the resort's pool area. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various pool-related activities.
Duties
- Monitor pool areas to ensure safety and adherence to rules
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about pool services
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas
- Set up and organize poolside events and activities
- Handle cash transactions for poolside services
- Collaborate with the events management team to coordinate special pool events
- Verify guest eligibility for pool usage
- Issue towels
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred
- Lifeguard certification is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Public speaking abilities for announcements and guest interactions
GYM ATTENDANT:
The Gym Attendant has basic fitness knowledge and the ability to show the correct usage of the gym equipment when necessary.
Duties
- Register/Check In Wellness Center guests
- Verify memberships
- Provide towels when necessary
- Clean, maintain, set up, and organize gym equipment
- Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of equipment and spaces
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality and customer service preferred
- Quality and detail-oriented service mentality
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
- Able to handle cash transactions accurately
- Have a pleasant disposition
