Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed construction estimates and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Manage project schedules using tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Utilize software such as Bluebeam and ProCore for documentation management and collaboration.
- Prepare reports on project status, challenges faced, and solutions implemented.
Skills
- Proficient in blueprint reading to interpret architectural plans accurately.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques for accurate budgeting.
- Experience with Civil 3D for site design and grading plans is preferred.
- Familiarity with construction management principles to effectively lead teams.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry-standard software including Primavera, Prolog, Bluebeam, and ProCore.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration among diverse teams.

Pay: $90,117.00 - $110,000.00 per year
