Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Active New Hampshire SLPA certification required
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings, especially at the elementary level, is preferred
- Proficiency in implementing therapy plans designed by SLPs
- Strong communication skills to connect with students, families, and teachers
- Excellent organization, adaptability, and time management
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work directly with students to support their speech-language goals as directed by the supervising SLP
- Assist in preparing and implementing intervention materials and therapy activities
- Collect data on student progress and maintain detailed session documentation
- Communicate observations and collaborate with the SLP on tailoring interventions
- Participate in relevant school team meetings as requested
- Ensure compliance with school, state, and federal policies and procedures
