Job Description
As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With LOVE, you will play an important role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to our clients. Your responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, promoting clients' health and well-being, and maintaining a safe, comfortable home environment. You will monitor clients' conditions, administer medications as directed, and maintain accurate care documentation. Your dedication and attention to detail will make a lasting difference in the lives of those you serve.
Job Responsibilities
As a Certified Caregiver (CNA / HHA / PCA) at Care With LOVE, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Providing mobility assistance, including transferring, positioning, and supporting clients with ambulation
- Monitoring, documenting, and communicating changes in clients' health conditions and care needs
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment while reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive client care
- Promoting independence and enhancing clients' quality of life through compassionate, person-centered care
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Virginia certification as a CNA / HHA / PCA
- Previous experience in home care or a long-term care setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, preferred
Pay Rate
$16–$20 per hour, depending on the type and duration of the shift.
