Job Overview
We are seeking customer service rep. This role involves being the front line of the agency, engaging with clients to assess their insurance needs, providing tailored coverage options, and building long-term relationships. If not currently licensed, we will assist in getting the CSR licensed in property/casualty. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for helping clients protect their financial future.
Responsibilities
- Answer and return phone calls.
- Quote personal lines insurance- home/auto.
- Process endorsements.
- Make payments.
- Preform any admin duties that are asked.
- Analyze client information to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Highschool diploma or equivalent.
- Computer efficient.
- Insurance experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bilingual preferred but not required.
