Following continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their estimating team with a Senior Estimator who can play a vital role in securing future work and supporting the company's continued expansion.
In this role, you will lead estimating efforts on complex projects from concept through bid submission. You'll perform detailed quantity take-offs, analyse drawings and specifications, evaluate subcontractor pricing, identify project risks and value engineering opportunities, and work closely with operations and engineering teams throughout the preconstruction process.

The Person:

Experience estimating complex commercial, industrial, water or wastewater projects.

Strong quantity take-off and cost estimating skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
