Position: Veterinary Receptionist/Veterinary Assistant
This is available as a part-time or full-time position
Job Duties:
Answering Phones
Scheduling Appointments
Addressing Client Concerns
Relaying Instructions to Clients
Counseling Clients on Products/Services
Assisting Technical Staff and Doctors with Procedures and Appointments
Animal Handling
Cleaning/Sanitizing Hospital Areas
Feeding/Medicating Hospitalized and Boarding Patients
Additional Duties as Needed.
Requirements:
Candidates must have previous experience in Reception or Customer Service.
Experience in the Veterinary Field preferred
Must be proficient in computer usage and able to learn new scheduling software
Experience with Avimark is preferred
Must be able to lift 40lbs unassisted
Candidates must be comfortable handling domestic animals of all breeds and temperaments
