No car sales experience? No problem. We'll pay you to train, then put you on the floor with a proven process and a pay plan where your effort sets the ceiling.
Bay Ridge Subaru has been family-owned for over 20 years, and it still runs like it — we invest in training instead of throwing you on the floor cold, and we genuinely promote from within when someone earns it.
What you'll do
- Greet and qualify customers, walk them through Subaru's lineup, and match them to the right vehicle and trim.
- Run test drives and clear, no-pressure product demos.
- Follow up with leads and past buyers — most of our business is repeat and referral.
- Learn Subaru's safety tech and packages well enough to explain them without a script.
- Track your pipeline and report your numbers to the Sales Manager.
Pay & benefits
- Paid training period while you learn the floor (guaranteed weekly pay, no draw against future commission)
- Base salary + commission once active, uncapped upside

What we're looking for
- Legal driving age with a valid license and clean driving record
- Available for a schedule that includes weekends and some evenings
- Comfortable talking to strangers and asking questions — prior sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Coachable: willing to learn a process and follow it
- Presents professionally
