Education/Experience:
- Associate degree, or the equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality in handling complex and confidential information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience.
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to plan and organize effectively.
- Ability to multitask and identify, analyze, and solve problems.
Computer Software and Application Skills:
- Microsoft Office 365
- ERP software – Infor LN and PLM applications
