Job Description:
We are looking for friendly and reliable Restaurant Servers to join our team.
Servers will provide excellent customer service to guests, take food and drink orders, serve meals, check on tables, and help create a welcoming dining experience. This is a tipped position, and servers can earn tips based on service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional way
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Check on guests and provide good customer service
- Help keep the dining area clean and organized
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work as needed
- Work as part of a team with other servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management
- Follow manager instructions and be flexible with assigned duties
Requirements:
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required
- Friendly attitude and good communication skills
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Must be able to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be available for one or both shifts:
10:00 AM - 3:30 PM
3:30 PM - 9:30 PM
- Weekend availability preferred
- Must be willing to follow schedule and work assignments as needed
