Winter Haven Honda is looking for motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Associates to join our growing sales team. If you enjoy working with people, have a competitive mindset, and are motivated by unlimited earning potential, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in automotive sales.
Compensation: $65,000–$125,000+ annually, based on performance, sales volume, commissions, and other qualifying factors.
Automotive sales experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with strong customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience
- Build relationships with customers and identify their vehicle needs
- Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and product walk-arounds
- Assist customers throughout the sales and purchasing process
- Follow up with customers through phone, text, email, and other communication channels
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
- Work with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure a smooth purchasing experience
- Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales goals
- Stay current on Honda products, features, technology, incentives, and promotions
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience preferred
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
