We’re a local lawn care company based in Nampa looking to add a reliable crew member to our team.
This position is primarily focused on lawn maintenance, with occasional help on landscaping projects as needed.
What the job looks like:
- Mowing, edging, and blowing commercial & residential properties
- Yard cleanups
- Bed maintenance and general labor
- Occasional landscape work (mulch, plants, sod, light projects)
- Loading/unloading equipment and materials
- Working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
What we’re looking for:
- Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to get to job sites
- Shows up on time and ready to work
- Works hard and stays productive throughout the day
- Takes direction well and communicates clearly
- Good attitude and team player
If you don’t have experience but are willing to work hard and learn, we’re open to the right person.
What to expect:
This is an active, hands-on job where you’ll be working outdoors and moving throughout the day as part of a crew. We take pride in doing quality work and keeping things running efficiently.
We’re looking for someone who wants something steady and long-term — not just a temporary job.
Schedule:
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends during peak season
- Typical days are 8–10 hours depending on workload
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
