Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of massage techniques—including deep tissue, and relaxation modalities—customized to each client’s needs.
- Conduct thorough client consultations and assessments to design safe, effective, and personalized treatment plans.
- Apply expert knowledge of anatomy and physiology to enhance treatment outcomes, support pain management, and promote overall wellness.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and tranquil treatment space in accordance with health, safety, and spa standards.
- Educate and communicate clearly with clients about their treatment options, progress, and recommendations for continued care.
- Stay current with industry best practices, therapeutic approaches, and wellness techniques to deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate with fellow spa and wellness professionals to ensure clients receive a holistic, results-driven experience.
Experience
- Certification from an accredited massage therapy program is required.
- Proven experience in various massage modalities, and particularly deep tissue massage.
- Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pain management techniques.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and occupational health practices is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and professional draping with a focus on patient service and satisfaction.

Pay: $40.00 - $75.00 per hour
