Basic cannabis product knowledge is a plus, but professionalism, integrity, and a genuine willingness to learn matter just as much. Main Duties/Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, informed, and efficient customer experience before, during, and after each sale.
- Build and maintain strong knowledge of cultivars, products, brands, and current inventory.
- Participate in ongoing product education and training.
- Follow all operational rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready store.
Qualifications
- 21+ years of age
- Retail or other customer-facing experience preferred
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence, dedication, integrity, and a willingness to learn.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
