Job Overview

Duties
- Develop and deliver dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards across subjects such as literacy, math, physical education, music therapy, and recreational therapy.
- Manage classroom behavior through effective classroom management techniques and behavioral health strategies to create a positive learning environment.
- Provide mentorship, academic advising, and early intervention support to foster student success and well-being.
Qualifications
- Proven classroom experience working with children of ages infant to age 5.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, literacy, and behavior management techniques.
- Proficiency in using learning technology tools and applying instructional design strategies.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with students, families and colleagues.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
