Tim Short Ford of LaFollette is looking for an experienced, driven Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing dealership.
We’re selling over 230 vehicles a month, and we need a strong F&I professional who knows how to structure deals, maximize profitability, protect CSI, and get deals funded.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants volume, opportunity, and a management team that actually helps you get deals done.
What You’ll Do
● Handle financing and leasing for new and pre-owned vehicle customers
● Present and sell F&I products including service contracts, GAP, and protection products
● Work with multiple lenders to secure competitive approvals
● Structure deals for maximum profitability while maintaining compliance
● Ensure contracts and paperwork are accurate and funded quickly
● Work closely with the sales desk and sales team to keep deals moving
● Maintain strong lender relationships
● Deliver an excellent customer experience while producing strong PVR
What We’re Looking For
● Automotive F&I experience strongly preferred
● Strong closing and presentation skills
● Knowledge of dealership finance, lender programs, and compliance
● Competitive and motivated personality
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
● Strong organizational and paperwork skills
● Ability to learn, adapt, and grow is a must
