What You'll Be Doing:
- Review loan and funding documentation for completeness and accuracy
- Verify information and resolve discrepancies prior to funding
- Ensure all required documents, signatures, and approvals are obtained
- Enter and maintain accurate loan information within company systems
- Communicate with dealerships, credit unions, and internal teams to facilitate timely funding
- Assist in resolving documentation and processing issues
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Support process improvement efforts and contribute to team success
- Provide professional and responsive customer service to internal and external partners
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in banking, lending, customer service, administrative support, or financial services preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to commute to Greenwood Village, CO
