Duties
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Engage with customers warmly, providing friendly and efficient service to enhance their visit
- Follow sanitation procedures diligently to maintain a spotless work environment and ensure food safety compliance
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for smooth transactions and efficient order processing
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas throughout each shift
- Adhere to food safety management practices, including proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying management of low stock levels
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety standards is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively with guests
- Ability to operate POS systems efficiently and accurately during busy periods
- Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working in a fast-paced setting
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and safety protocols
