We are seeking a Front Dental Office Representative to become a part of our team!
Your days will move quickly as you answer phones, schedule appointments and surgeries, create patient accounts, check in patients, and support other administrative duties. You'll work closely with a collaborative team to keep the office running efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Completion of high school or equivalent.
- Previous oral surgery, dental or medical experience required.
- Strong attention to detail as you will be responsible for data entry and communicating with patients and other offices in written form often.
- Proven track record of growth or improvement within your position.
- Technologically savvy.
- WINOMS experience a plus.
- Experienced with customer service techniques.
- Communication skills. Bilingual is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills highly desired; ability to multi-task gracefully.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work in a team environment and eager to learn.
- Accepting of critiques' and coaching if required.

HOURS:
- Full Time
- Mon - Thur and 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Lunch - 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
- Fri - 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
PAY:
- $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
- Dependent on experience, raises based on performance and skill level
