Position: Flex Corporate Security Guard
Location: San Jose, CA
Hourly Pay: $21- $22 (Guard)
Start date: ASAP
This is an on-call/flex Security Guard position (not full-time or part-time).
Available Days: Monday through Sunday
Shift options:
- DAY: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
- SWING: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- OVERNIGHT: 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM
Requirements:
MUST HAVE A BSIS CURRENT GUARD CARD TO QUALIFY (please read, and do not reply if you do not have a California BSIS Guard Card)
2 Years (Full-Time) experience working in Corporate Security (Technology, Hospitality, Heath/Hospital, City/County Building)
- Basic Computer Skills
- Incident Report Writing Skills
- RFID scan systems for foot patrols
- CCTV surveillance systems
- Cell Phone (Daily Activity Reporting)
- Client facing Security Guard
- Access Control

Scope of work:
We are looking for security professionals who are "Client Facing" who will be the first point of contact in a corporate office/HQ setting for granting, and or denying access to the buildings.
- Must be enthusiastic, friendly, and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
- Responsible for checking-in visitors and issuing visitor badges.
- Must be disciplined to stay off your personal cell phone while on duty.
- Must present and maintain a clean and presentable uniform.
- Must present and maintain a clean and professional grooming standard.
- No exposed tattoos and/or facial piercings.
- Must be in good physical condition. You will be responsible for hourly foot patrols on multiple floors in the buildings, and exterior perimeters.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour
