- Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Development and Implementation- Develops and implements employee-focused change management strategies to improve organizational effectiveness and drive business results through the thoughtful use of appropriate change management tools and techniques.
Program/Change Management- Lead high-impact and complex change initiatives by developing and delivering end-to-end customized change management plans (communications, training, coaching, reinforcement, etc.).
Consultation and Coaching- Partner with appropriate internal and external teams to support the implementation of change management plans. Identify and engage with key stakeholders and communicate effectively across CCHMC. Provide consultation and coaching to teams and leaders.
Measurement and Analysis- Apply change management processes and tools to create plans which support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative. Identify barriers to change adoption and initiate remediation to ensure smooth and successful adoption of new organizational, technological, or other change initiatives.
Create and deliver plans with organization-wide impact.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Preferred: Master's degree
5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline, I.E.
strong relationship-building, facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills—foundation in change management and the capacity to grow into increasingly complex consulting engagements over time.
